Server – Off-Site Catering

THE DAY TO DAY:
- Assist with the preparation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of event spaces
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings to answer guest inquiries confidently
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring efficient service
- Deliver food and beverages to assigned tables as directed by the management team
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by clearing tableware and returning items to the clearing area
- Monitor and uphold food quality and presentation standards throughout service
- Adhere to all Oliver & Bonacini health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the event
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of serving or related hospitality experience (preferred); proven ability to provide exceptional guest service.
- Valid Smart Serve Certification a requirement
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to life 30lbs
- Successful candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel independently to and from off-site event locations in Toronto. (Locations outside of Toronto transportation is provided.)
- Events may take place across the city and surrounding areas, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Full time and part time position available
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
