SME Commercial Account Manager

What you will do:

We’re looking for a talented Commercial Account Manager to grow our Rockgas business in the highly competitive SME market channel.  Key responsibilities will include:

• contributing to the wider business performance by identifying channel growth and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve/ exceed revenue and margin targets for our customers using cylinders and small tanks and our retic commercial customers.
• enhancing business relationships and working collaboratively with existing and potential customers to fully understand their needs and how we can best deliver on them and respond to their queries,
• managing all sales aspects of the customer portfolio to maintain existing and/or build new channel relationships e.g. contract negotiation and management, call cycle management, producing sales analytics, reporting and budgets; and
• Conducting market research to identify potential customers, competitors and market trends.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

Along with being an awesome team member with a ‘get up and go’ attitude you will have:

• Proven senior account management/ sales experience ideally including SME channel experience.

• A demonstrated track record of and ‘hunger’ for driving and delivering and sustainable growth – revenue, margin, customers, brand etc. 

• Strong business/commercial acumen being able to understand and make decisions based on business and financial data.

• A good working understanding of marketing and brand

• Excellent sales, negotiation and contract management skills

• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Project management skills
