Te Tūranga – About the role
In this role, you’ll working closely with our clients to uphold exceptional service levels and take supplier artwork to bring advertising campaigns to life across multiple Foodstuffs brands and channels, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, to brief, and to best‑practice standards. Collaboration is key as you’ll team up with our media planners, insights specialists, creative services, internal business units, and external advertising partners to seamlessly execute campaigns that make an impact.
To do this you’ll:
· Use relevant programs to upload, execute and optimise relevant campaigns (experience with Meta Business Manager, Salesforce, media planning and workflow management tools would be an advantage)
· Support the achievement of Foodstuffs Media’s revenue targets and maximising net revenue to Foodstuffs’ owner operators by delivering highly performing campaigns
· Take responsibility for quality assurance at campaign deployment and throughout the campaign period.
· Support the troubleshooting and resolution of any issues with a solution focused mindset
· Support and recommend improvements to Ways of Working internally and with partners, by researching, leading and developing process efficiencies and innovation

He kōrero mōu - About you
You’ll have previous experience in campaign execution, delivery and optimisation, ideally including retail store and digital environments. Experience managing third party service providers with a focus on compliance, service standards and process efficiency will help shape your success in this role. You’ll also have proven sales and client management skills with the ability to influence through data and insight as well as through fostering high levels of rapport.
You’ll also bring:
· Initiative and accountability with a proactive solution focused mindset.
· An understanding of media channels and digital communications and experience, ideally within a retail/FMCG environment
· Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. An open, positive and engaging approach with the ability to relate to staff at all levels
· An understanding of customer data, the application of shopper science and data driven marketing
