Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Content Assistant to support the growth of a storytelling-driven personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has built or managed personal brands before, understands high-ticket audiences, and can independently execute content at a high volume and quality — without hand-holding.
What We’re Looking For
This role requires a rare combination of creative execution, strategic thinking, and professional communication. The ideal candidate:
Has 3+ years of experience specifically managing and growing personal brands — not corporate accounts or agencies. Must be able to demonstrate results.
Has handled high-ticket leads and understands how to identify, qualify, and professionally engage prospects who are making significant financial decisions.
Produces high-volume, high-quality content consistently — both video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and static (carousels, graphics, stories) — with a demonstrable track record.
Communicates in excellent English — written and spoken — at a C1/C2 level minimum. Will be writing captions, hooks, scripts, and DMs independently. Zero tolerance for language barriers.
Has high emotional and intellectual intelligence: articulate, well-spoken, self-directed, and able to represent a personal brand with confidence and taste.
Is not a paid media or meta ads specialist. This role is focused on organic content, storytelling, and community — not ad buying.
Key Responsibilities
1. Personal Brand Content — Creation & Execution
Lead monthly content planning across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn — aligned with the founder’s voice, goals, and storytelling arc.
Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and post copy that sound native to the brand and resonate with a sophisticated audience.
Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form formats (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, carousels).
Perform light-to-moderate video editing: cuts, captions, transitions, and platform-specific formatting.
Design or adapt visual assets for stories, carousels, and thumbnails.
Organize and batch content for consistent, high-frequency publishing.
Manage media files and content assets across shared platforms (iCloud, Google Drive, Notion, etc.).
2. Community Management & Lead Qualification
Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across all platforms in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
Identify and qualify inbound leads from social media — recognizing high-ticket prospects and passing them to the founder at the right moment.
Engage with followers strategically to build community, trust, and brand loyalty.
Set up and manage basic ManyChat automations for DM flows and lead capture.
Track engagement patterns and flag high-value interactions.
3. Founder & Workflow Support
Coordinate filming schedules, reminders, and logistics for content creation sessions.
Maintain a structured, up-to-date content calendar.
Support outreach for collaborations and partnerships when needed.
Act as a reliable operational partner: proactive, solutions-oriented, and low-maintenance.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrated experience managing and growing personal brands (founder, creator, coach, or public figure accounts — not corporate or agency brands).
Proven track record of producing high-volume, high-quality content — both video and static — with results to show.
Experience identifying and qualifying high-ticket leads from social media conversations.
English proficiency at C1/C2 level — written and spoken. Must be able to write independently without errors or corrections.
Proficiency in video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
Proficiency in graphic design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn — algorithms, formats, trends, and community dynamics.
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working fully remotely with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills — articulate, professional, and brand-aware.

This Role Is NOT For
Candidates with less than 3 years of experience, or whose experience is primarily with corporate accounts.
Candidates whose English is below C1 — even if they “get by.”
Candidates without a real track record managing personal or creator brands.
Marketing executives whose main strength is paid media, Meta Ads, or performance marketing.
Candidates who need constant direction or cannot proactively manage their own workflow.
Anyone who cannot demonstrate results in content creation with a portfolio or case studies.
