Full Focus is looking for a strategic, creatively attuned Social Media Manager to take our organic social presence to the next level. This is not a role for someone who just wants to post content—it's for someone who thinks deeply about how every piece of content contributes to audience growth, brand perception, and business results.
You'll be the primary owner of our social media strategy and execution. That means you're responsible for driving real growth through new followers, meaningful engagement, and a steady stream of new email subscribers, while simultaneously ensuring that every post, story, and reel looks and feels unmistakably on-brand.
The Social Media Manager contributes to the overall profitability of Full Focus by building and executing a social media strategy that grows our audience, drives engagement, generates qualified leads, and converts followers into raving fans and customers. You will advance Full Focus's message as the top resource for the anti-burnout, anti-hustle lifestyle, and you'll do it in a way that always looks elevated, intentional, and distinctly us.
We are looking for an absolute A-Player who is strategic, highly up-to-date on the best social media practices, and isn’t afraid to take initiative. Our content library is vast, and we need someone with experience wrangling content into bite-sized, cohesive educational content that’s both engaging and high-performing.
If you want to be part of a healthy team with a great culture that feels like a family, has competent and supportive leadership, and a place you can really settle down long-term, you’ll love this role.
You’ll Thrive Here If You …
- Are energized by strategy and execution in equal measure — you love thinking big and then doing the work.
- Have a trained eye for design and brand aesthetics. You notice when a font is slightly off, when a color feels inconsistent, or when a layout doesn't breathe right.
- Understand that brand consistency is a long game and you take pride in maintaining it.
- Are self-directed and entrepreneurial — you don't need a manager checking in on every move.
- Stay genuinely up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm shifts, and platform best practices.
- Love testing, iterating, and improving based on performance data.
- Are collaborative and communicative — you loop in the right people at the right time.
What You'll Own
Strategy
- Develop and execute a content strategy that drives follower growth, engagement, and email subscriber generation across platforms.
- Stay current on best practices for short-form video, algorithm shifts, and emerging platform features — and adapt quickly.
- Use ManyChat strategically to drive engagement, grow our email list, and support product sales.
- Test and iterate on content formats based on performance data, covering both our e-commerce brand and talent profiles.
Brand Aesthetics & Creative Execution
- Produce polished, on-brand assets, Reels, and social content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, and CapCut.
- Apply a trained eye to every post — grid cohesion, color consistency, typography, and motion all matter. Brand standards are non-negotiable.
- Write captions that are on-voice, engaging, and consistent across every platform. Tone of voice is a creative standard you actively protect.
- Source and incorporate UGC cohesively, and collaborate with the Paid Media Buyer to align organic and paid creative.
Execution & Engagement
- Own the content calendar and execute it daily across all active platforms with precision.
- Work directly with talent to capture and post Story content, ensuring best practices are followed (captions, polls, engagement prompts).
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions — partnering with Customer Support to handle incoming needs promptly
