We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to join the product development team of a well-established organization in the real estate and financial services technology space. This company builds the platforms that help legal professionals, lenders, and real estate stakeholders securely complete property transactions and protect ownership rights across Canada. 

This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the core applications behind those systems, while collaborating with teams across multiple regions including Canada, the UK, and Australia. 

💻 Who You Are 

• A full-stack developer with strong experience in the Microsoft ecosystem 
• Someone who enjoys solving real business problems through software 
• Comfortable working across backend systems, databases, and front-end interfaces 
• A developer who communicates well with both technical teams and business stakeholders 
• Someone who takes ownership of their work, asks questions, and contributes ideas 
• Looking for a stable environment where you can grow and take on larger projects over time 

📍 Work Type 

• Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 1–2 days per week in office)

Requirements

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design and develop applications using C#, ASP.NET, and modern .NET frameworks 
• Build and maintain database-driven systems using SQL Server 
• Develop front-end functionality using JavaScript and modern UI components 
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions 
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups and sprint demos 
• Troubleshoot defects, optimize system performance, and implement enhancements 
• Contribute to integrations with internal and external systems 
• Support ongoing improvements to in-house platforms used across multiple regions 

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of software development experience 
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET development 
• Experience with SQL Server database design and development 
• Front-end development experience with JavaScript and HTML 
• Understanding of object-oriented design and MVVM architecture 
• Experience working in Agile development environments 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Kendo UI, GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and modern development workflows 
• Exposure to real estate, financial services, or legal technology systems

Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $95,000
