Bellese seeks an experienced growth professional to serve as a Solution Architect within our Growth team to support Federal Government growth efforts. Your main responsibility will be to create and communicate technical solutions that address customer needs and set them up for success. This role demands hands-on involvement and leadership paired with a strong understanding of technology, digital trends, product development, and problem-solving. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the process. Your work will cover multiple approaches to growth including developing compelling proposals, white papers, client presentations, and working with existing teams to identify ways to deliver more capabilities to clients. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and balancing multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities
Create solutions for specific opportunities, highlighting unique strengths, methodologies, and demonstrating relevant experienceLead the development of innovative and effective solutions with technical and customer domain experts, crafting compliant and compelling responses Contribute to demos, proposals, oral presentations, and other customer-facing artifactsDevelop and translate the capture strategy and technical and operational delivery capabilities into compelling and compliant proposal content Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and partners to refine and improve solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and our strategic objectives. Qualifications
Over 7 years of experience in solution development, with a proven track record of supporting Federal proposalsStrong knowledge of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps cultures and practices, with a bonus for familiarity with the Digital Services PlaybookKnowledgeable in architecture, design, and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions, including frontend user experiences, backend APIs, and data-intensive systemsUnderstand human-centered design and product managementEffective in cross-functional team collaboration to achieve goals and motivate actionAbility to transform expert insights into straightforward, persuasive contentDemonstrated ability to write and manage proposal sections like technical approaches and management plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with HHS Operating Divisions, especially CMSKnowledge of and experience with Healthcare Data Interoperability (e.g., FHIR)Knowledge of enterprise case management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian) with experience implementing or supporting at least one, and the ability to evaluate trade-offs and recommend the best-fit solution for customer needs.Experience identifying business problems suitable for AI and applying solutions - including Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and/or AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain) - to deliver measurable outcome
The starting salary range for this position is $175,000-$195,000, plus a generous bonus plan.
