Role
We are seeking a Solutions Manager Live Experiences to support a high-priority upselling initiative for a global brand within the sports and live entertainment ecosystem.
This role is responsible for the operational ownership of the Greenfly platform, ensuring seamless platform performance, governance, and user enablement in support of live activations, social content distribution, and influencer programs.
The ideal candidate combines a strong service mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, live-event environments.
Responsibilities
Platform Operations & Support
- Own day-to-day operations of the Greenfly platform
- Provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting for internal teams and partners
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Ensure platform stability and operational readiness during live events
Training, Documentation & Enablement
- Lead training and onboarding for new users
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation and training guides
- Act as a subject-matter expert on platform usage and best practices
Workflow, Governance & Reporting
- Oversee workflow configuration and governance
- Ensure taxonomy compliance across content and campaigns
- Support reporting and performance tracking through structured data and tagging
Live Experiences & Event Support
- Support live experiences, sponsorships, and experiential marketing activations
- Collaborate with social media, content, and influencer teams
Provide after-hours support during key live events when required
Requirements
- Prior experience with GREENFLY is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- +5 years of experience in platform operations, MarTech support, digital marketing operations, social media operations, or related roles
Hands-on experience managing or supporting content, social, influencer, or live event platforms
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with MarTech platforms and MarTech governance
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with live events
Nice to have
- Experience in social media management, social content creation, or influencer management
- Background in experiential marketing, sponsorships, or live event activations
- Experience working with global brands or large-scale campaigns
