As we advance toward ambitious 2026 growth milestones, we are evolving our legal function from reactive compliance to strategic infrastructure. We seek an accomplished compounding-healthcare regulatory attorney to serve as the strategic second-in-command within our Legal department—a visible executive partner who will architect regulatory frameworks, embed deeply with operations, and drive the next phase of enterprise growth.

Core Responsibilities
Compounding & FDA Regulatory Strategy
- Serve as the principal internal authority on 503A compounding regulatory frameworks and legal strategy
- Guide marketing and promotional compliance initiatives and review of marketing materials
- Advise on Board of Pharmacy compliance across multi-state operations working closely with compliance teams
- Draft and negotiate pharmacy sales agreements
- Legal department process improvement
- Support compliance and quality teams
- Participate in transactional matters including procurement
- Provide client trainings and attend client staff meetings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Support legal aspects of day-to-day pharmacy operations
Embedded Operational Leadership
- Participate actively in Quality, Compliance, and Manufacturing leadership meetings
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with operational executives
- Deliver real-time, business-aligned legal guidance that enables execution
- Transform Legal from a reactive review function to a forward-looking strategic partner
Compliance Infrastructure & Enterprise Risk Management
- Design and strengthen enterprise-wide compliance systems and internal controls
- Partner on audit response, remediation planning, and corrective action implementation
- Assess regulatory risk across facilities, operations, and expansion initiatives
- Build scalable compliance frameworks to support aggressive growth trajectory
Healthcare Corporate & Strategic Advisory
Provide strategic counsel on:
- Telehealth operations and multi-state licensure strategies
- MSO-Physician Collaboration (MSO-PC) structural arrangements
- Physician compensation models and alignment strategies
- HIPAA and healthcare data privacy compliance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of pharmacy and healthcare law experience
- Deep fluency in compounding pharmacy regulation (503A experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience advising on FDA and FTC regulatory matters
- Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction
- Solutions-oriented mindset with comfort operating in high-growth, dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within private compounding and telehealth organizations
- Dual credentials (Pharmacist + JD) highly valued
- Prior in-house experience
- Track record of reducing external counsel dependency and building internal capabilities
- Multi-state healthcare regulatory experience
