As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, deploying, scaling, securing, and maintaining cloud platforms that support both customer-facing applications and internal engineering productivity. While product teams focus on feature delivery, the DevOps function ensures operational excellence through automation, reliability, and cloud engineering best practices. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and reliability of public cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure and highly available cloud infrastructure to support production systems
- Implement and enhance DevOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code
- Contribute to and enforce best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps workflows, and operational excellence
- Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution in collaboration with engineering and vendor teams
- Implement and manage logging, monitoring, alerting, and auto-scaling solutions for cloud resources
- Participate in root cause analysis and recommend improvements to improve system resilience and performance
- Document infrastructure designs, configurations, processes, and operational guidelines
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and external partners to ensure smooth integrations and cloud governance compliance
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in the software or IT industry with exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and networking (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, Ansible, etc.)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging platforms (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, or similar)
- Solid understanding of high availability, scalability, reliability, and cloud cost optimization
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
