Structural Engineer
We are looking for a Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of structural systems across a range of infrastructure and building projects. This role works closely with engineering teams to develop safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs. The position involves both design and coordination responsibilities throughout multiple project phases. The goal is to deliver high-quality structural solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, masonry, and other structural systems
- Prepare construction drawings, calculations, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design integration
- Review project plans and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate existing structures and construction progress
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of deliverables
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs for structural accuracy
- Identify and resolve design issues during preconstruction and construction phases
- Utilize engineering software for structural modeling and analysis
- Provide technical support during construction and project closeout
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus or related field
3+ years of experience in structural engineering or design
Experience with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, or similar
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or related drafting tools
Strong understanding of structural design principles and building codes
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
