Study Abroad Advisor - US Specialist

The role of our Study Abroad Advisors is to support, assist, and guide students seeking to study overseas. Our US Team is in need of a new specialist that can help students with their plans.
In this role you will:
- Engage with prospective students over the phone, email and Skype
- Reach daily, weekly and monthly targets (and earn bonuses!)
- Providing prompt and professional service
Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
- Degree from a US University or College
- An understanding of the American educational systems, and ideally visa application process
- World class phone skills
- Perfect spoken and written English
- A very positive attitute and lots of energy
- A sales-minded attitude of consistently beating targets
- Experience in using CRMs, ideally SalesForce
