Safe Software is seeking a Systems Integrator (SI) Partner Manager to help grow and operationalize our partnerships with strategic SIs. This role focuses on recruiting, enabling, and managing relationships with SI partners driving technical and commercial engagement, and supporting partner-led growth through co-selling.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, commercially curious, and skilled at collaborating across both internal and external teams. This position is ideal for someone ready to deepen their expertise in SI partner management and be part of a growing team.
Work with our Global Partner Leader to strengthen and operationalize Safe Software’s partnerships with key SIs.
Execute partner recruitment, and identify ways to deliver value. Collaboration is important as you will be expected to work with sales on co-sales opportunities, and marketing on co-marketing activities with the goal of driving initiatives that expand Safe’s reach and drive SI partner-sourced revenue.
Support and work with our Customer Success team to ensure technical alignment of Safe Software’s solutions within SI solutions and service offerings.
Build the foundation for a scalable SI function with potential future leadership opportunities.
Partner Engagement & Enablement
Manage day-to-day coordination and communication with SI partners.
Lead joint planning sessions, QBRs, and partner enablement initiatives focused on SI solutions and vertical markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical alignment and effective messaging for the SI community.
Go-to-Market Execution
Assist in the development and execution of joint GTM activities with SIs, including campaigns, events, and solution showcases.
Coordinate Safe’s participation in co-selling programs and partner incentive frameworks for SIs.
Contribute to SI program management and operational readiness.
Sales & Pipeline Support
Enable internal sales teams with partner knowledge, co-sell plays, and joint customer opportunities, emphasizing SI-led deals.
Track partner-influenced opportunities and report on progress toward revenue and engagement goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partnership activities with business objectives.
Serve as a bridge between SI technical teams and Safe’s product organization to support integration and joint solution development.
Execute SI partner management plans under guidance from senior leadership.
Manage key partner program requirements, certifications, and compliance steps.
Support the creation of joint content, case studies, and success stories with SIs.
Contribute to internal education about SI partner capabilities and value propositions.
Maintain dashboards and documentation tracking partner performance, engagement, and ROI.

8+ years of experience in Systems Integrator (SI) partner management, business development, or related roles in SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience developing and managing relationships with large SI partner programs.
Technical literacy to understand product integration and cloud architecture concepts.
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Collaborative team player with a positive outlook. You must be a self-starter and have strong follow-through skills. You will have the opportunity to shine.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Interest in growing into a leadership role within the SI partner function.
Excellent relationship management, organizational, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to metrics and performance reporting.
