Talent Acquisition and Training Supervisor

Main  Responsibility:

Having ability to learn fast about our company business in order to be able to assist Management in terms of recruitment and people development.

Talent Acquisition:

1. Develop the recruitment process system and performance appraisal system 
2. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job description and specifications
3. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent requirement
4. Attracting suitable candidate through databases, online employment forum, social media, etc.
5. Conducting interview and sorting through applicants to fill open vacancies
6. Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
7. Completing paper work for new hires
8. Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
9. Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations
10. Handling industry relations matters arise
11. Providing recruitment reports to team managers
12. Maintain employment contract

Training:

1. Having experience in developing training need analysis
2. Conducting thorough training needs analysis before undertaking a training assignment
3. Able to determining what needs to be learned by the employees or team and how to prioritize the learning
4. Develop shortlisted training providers
5. Onboarding and orientation program for new employee

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3/5 years in the same position. 
• Minimum Bachelor holder in Psychology or Management or other related field from a reputable local institute or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Having team work spirit
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required 
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and proactive
