Work with our founding team to find and win over the best talent, owning execution across key hires, and scaling our team from 40 to 100+ while building the function from scratch
Build and maintain strong, high-signal candidate pipelines through creative sourcing beyond LinkedIn (GitHub, networks, outbound)
Drive hiring end-to-end for high-priority roles (from sourcing to closing) with an emphasis on exceptional quality and high velocity
Partner closely with hiring managers to proactively manage the funnel, unblock bottlenecks, and drive hired forward
Help continuously improve our recruiting engine as we scale the team quickly and intentionally
2+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or fast-moving startup environment, with a strong focus on senior technical roles
Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to consistently surface top-tier candidates others miss, in a high-velocity hiring context
Experience operating modern recruiting tools and sourcing systems (e.g., Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to build and manage high-quality pipelines
Exceptional intellectual sharpness, strong critical thinking ability, and sound judgment under ambiguity
A proactive, low-ego operator mindset - you move fast, take ownership, and avoid unnecessary complexity
Experience as an early talent hire at a startup or helping build a recruiting function from scratch
Hands-on technical background or strong comfort evaluating engineering talent
Track record recruiting in highly competitive markets and closing candidates with multiple offers
Experience supporting employer branding efforts or running standout recruiting event
