Your Mission
As our Talent Sourcer, you will be the frontline force scaling our talent engine. You’re joining at a pivotal time: as Daos Hub expands rapidly, your mission is to unlock hidden talent across Web3, tech, and creative communities. You won’t just fill pipelines—you’ll architect them. You’ll craft sourcing strategies, deploy automation and AI tools, and build repeatable systems that elevate both speed and quality. This role is instrumental in shaping how Daos Hub discovers, engages, and brings in world-class contributors.
Your First 90 Days
First 30 Days: Immerse in Daos Hub’s sourcing tech stack, hiring workflows, and value framework. Audit current sourcing practices and candidate pipelines. Launch your first search projects in collaboration with hiring leads.Day 31-60: Design and implement new sourcing strategies using scraping tools, Boolean/X-ray search, and outreach campaigns. Track and optimize your open and response rates.Day 61-90: Operationalize successful methods into repeatable playbooks. Build dashboards to track sourcing metrics. Contribute to sourcing ops scaling, tool selection, and hiring forecasting across teams.

Launch and scale multi-channel sourcing strategies across digital, marketing, hospitality, game development rolesUncover and engage hidden talent across niche networks, forums, and online communitiesApply Boolean, X-ray, and advanced search techniques to identify high-fit candidatesAutomate sourcing workflows using scraping and AI-driven toolsCraft compelling outreach sequences with above-average open and reply ratesRun email and nurture campaigns that drive ongoing candidate engagementIdentify and verify candidate contact data with high precisionConduct real-time market research (salary data, candidate availability, etc.)Track, analyze, and iterate on key sourcing metrics for performance optimizationContribute sourcing intelligence to cross-functional recruitment teams
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitmentProven background as a Talent Sourcer with a hunger to grow into domain leadershipExpertise in Boolean search, X-ray, scraping, and other advanced search techniquesExperience deploying automation and AI tools in sourcing workflowsAbility to uncover and engage passive talent across digital communitiesStrong experience with outreach/email tools and campaign A/B testingAnalytical mindset and strong command of sourcing performance metricsClear, persuasive communication and a collaborative spiritUpper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
