We are looking for a TDS Customer Success Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling TDS-related queries, payroll compliance support, and customer communication. The role requires strong client-handling skills along with a working understanding of TDS processes and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle client queries related to TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance via calls, emails, and tickets
* Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues
* Support clients on TDS filings, challans, Form 24Q / 26Q, Form 16/16A, and related processes
* Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and resolutions in CRM/ticketing tools
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Follow up on pending client actions and ensure closure within defined TATs
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in CA firms, or payroll companies
* Candidates with a client-facing mindset and problem-solving attitude
* Graduate in Commerce / Accounts (B.Com preferred)
* 1–3 years of experience in TDS, compliance, customer support, or client servicing
* Basic understanding of TDS compliance
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable handling multiple client queries and deadlines
* Working knowledge of Excel
