We are seeking an experienced and talented Tech Lead to join our Engineering team. This role involves integrating a recently acquired background check product into the Checkr ecosystem and developing it into a solid foundation for a comprehensive identity verification solution.
The Tech Lead will oversee the near-term integration of newly acquired background check solutions into Checkr. Responsibilities include working on data vendor integrations and developing the system into a long-term identity verification platform. The current background check solution includes multiple public APIs, public and internal portals, and numerous microservices.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
