As a Technical Advisor FO WMS you will be capable of translating business needs into technical solutions, analyzing and quickly resolving incidents, as well as collaborating with various IT teams to ensure optimal system availability.
- Coordination with IT and business teams: Close collaboration with functional, development, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Real-time incident management: Ability to react quickly and efficiently to minimize operational impacts.
- Analytical skills and problem identification: Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and proposal of sustainable solutions.
- Technical documentation and procedure writing for IT Ops WMS support and maintenance.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems): In-depth knowledge of configuration, architecture, and functionality of Generix WMS.
- Understanding of IT integrations: Interactions between WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS, EDI, and API.
- Database management and analysis (SQL, PostgreSQL): Query execution, performance optimization, and error troubleshooting.
- IT monitoring and troubleshooting: Use of tools like PRTG to monitor performance and diagnose incidents.
- IT infrastructure knowledge: Servers, networks, VPN, cloud, virtualization, and their impact on application performance.
- Experience in support and incident management (ITIL): Diagnosis, escalation, and follow-up of technical issues.
Language Skills:
- Professional French, required for communication with internal teams, internal/external clients, and international teams.
- Professional English, required for communication with internal teams, internal/external clients, and international teams.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience;
- Experience in Critical Incident Management and Technical Coordination across multiple teams.
