As a Technical Architect within the IT-Ops (Information Technology Operations) teams, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the architectures, infrastructures, and technical middlewares that support our applications and services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Interface with the Architecture R&D teams during the build phases:
Collaborate with R&D architects to ensure the consistency of technical decisions with the standards and constraints of IT operations;
Ensure the communication of technical requirements from operations to development teams.
Elaboration of technical architecture documents:
Produce and maintain high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD), including retrospective documentation;
Define standards and best practices for technical architecture in collaboration with relevant teams.
Interface with Infrastructure and Operations teams:
Coordinate with IT-Ops teams for the implementation of solutions, middlewares, and applications;
Provide level 3 support in case of complex runtime incidents requiring in-depth expertise.
Academic Background: Technical Training or Degree in Computer Science, Networks and Systems or similar;
Know how of architectural concepts and methodologies (TOGAF, ITIL, etc.);
Strong understanding of IT infrastructures (servers, networks, virtualization, storage, security, cloud, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.);
Knowledge of technologies like OpenShift, HAProxy, and distributed services;
Proven experience in technical architecture within complex environments;
Experience working with on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure);
Ability to write detailed and clear technical documentation;
Knowledge of IT processes and production environments;
Good communication skills. Rigour and analyhical mindset;
Fluency in French is mandatory.
Fluency in English is a plus.
