Location & Flexibility
India Hybrid: Noida
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.
The Opportunity
As a TIDS Software Quality Assurance Analyst you will be Design, implement, and enhance API test automation frameworks leveraging JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting. Work closely with development and testing teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure optimal test execution
Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and enhance API test automation frameworks leveraging JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting.
Work closely with development and testing teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure optimal test execution.
Implement BDD frameworks like Cucumber and Gherkin for enhanced collaboration and test clarity.
Oversee cloud-based API testing strategies using Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Contribute to the growth and maintenance of the test automation framework, adopting new tools and technologies as required.
Review and optimize existing test scripts to ensure maximum efficiency and coverage.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java : Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript or TypeScript, and Java particularly for API automation and integration with testing frameworks.
Testing Frameworks: Advanced experience with JEST, Mocha, or similar frameworks for automated testing and the creation of reliable test scripts and suites.
BDD Implementation: Expertise in implementing and maintaining Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) with frameworks such as Cucumber and Gherkin.
Version Control & CI/CD: Strong knowledge of Git for version control AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and executing scalable API tests in a cloud environment.
Manual Testing Skills: Strong background in manual testing, including test design, execution, and reporting.
Bonus Points
Expertise in API Automation.
Effective business communication skills (oral and written).
