The Opportunity:
You will take a proactive role in supporting Flywire’s global strategy by managing our sophisticated banking infrastructure. This isn't just about admin; it’s about ensuring our growth is supported by a robust, secure, and scalable network of 10+ banking partners.
Your Impact:
Banking Infrastructure: Lead the setup and maintenance of bank signatories, account lifecycle (openings/closures), and novations with meticulous attention to detail.
Operational Excellence: Act as the go-to expert for our banking network, ensuring all FlyMates follow correct security procedures and usage policies.
Compliance & Control: Own the execution of internal controls within the Treasury area, ensuring we stay ahead of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with the Treasurer and Sr. Manager to refresh policies and embed secure-by-design principles into our daily financial workflows.
🧠 Here’s What We’re Looking For
The Background
Education: Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
Global Mindset: Strong proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential for daily global collaboration. An international background or experience living/working in different countries is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of banking portals and proficiency in Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on Excel).

Organizational Excellence: Ability to stay highly organized while coordinating multiple internal controls, ensuring meticulous quality and accuracy.
