We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Business Development Leader to work closely with senior leadership and large global organizations to drive strategic growth. This role will act as a key brand ambassador, building long-term relationships from the ground up while also expanding existing enterprise accounts through upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in consultative enterprise sales, C-level engagement, and large-scale SaaS or cloud-based technology deployments, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, executive presentations, product demonstrations, account-based marketing, client evaluations, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, revenue realization, and receivables management.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and decision-makers.
  • Continuously assess, validate, and translate client needs into enterprise-grade commercial contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure solutions are delivered in line with client objectives.
  • Leverage CRM systems and analytics to track market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline health, providing insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring exceptional client experiences and long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, ownership, and a results-driven approach while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed institution.
  • 15–18 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within a technology or SaaS-driven organization.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large enterprise accounts across multiple geographies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to ~80%) to support client engagements and business expansion.
  • Strong expertise in system integrations, requirement gathering, SOW creation, RFI/RFP documentation, commercial proposals, and cross-functional project management.
  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and working with advanced CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with confidence in engaging C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational judgment, decision-making ability, and comfort working in quota-driven sales environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive high-performing teams.
