The VP of Marketing is responsible for leading the Company’s global marketing efforts, driving brand visibility, go-to-market research and execution, and demand generation in line with the company’s strategic priorities. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a commercially minded marketer who brings strategic thinking, strong execution, and an understanding of the food retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & LeadershipDefine and lead the global marketing strategy, aligned with company goals.Translate business objectives into actionable campaigns and content.Coordinate go-to-market planning in partnership with Product Management and Sales Enablement.Act as a marketing representative in executive discussions and planning meetings.Brand & PositioningManage brand architecture and messaging hierarchy across all channels.Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, trade shows, and customer touchpoints.Digital & Content MarketingOversee digital marketing strategy, including website, SEO, email, and paid media.Guide development of content strategy — including product collateral, case studies, and videos.Enablement & Sales SupportManage Sales Enablement as a global function: training, tools, onboarding, and feedback loops.Ensure close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers for local execution.Align with Product Management on value propositions, messaging, and launch readiness.Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to support launches and customer programs.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to sales and GTM strategy.Proven ability to lead marketing in a lean, fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with content creation, branding, and sales enablement.Industry experience in food retail, CPG, fixtures, or related sectors is highly preferred.
