Job Title: Vice President – Sales, Marketing & Growth

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, revenue-driven VP – Sales & Marketing who can build pipeline, generate demand, and close deals independently.
This role is for a doer + closer, not just a manager. You will own end-to-end revenue from lead generation to deal closure with minimal dependency on large sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Revenue Ownership
- Own the full sales funnel: lead generation → qualification → closure → account growth
- Personally drive and close high-value enterprise deals
- Build a predictable and scalable revenue pipeline
2. Demand Generation (Core Focus)
- Build and execute strong outbound + inbound demand generation strategy
- Run campaigns across:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- Performance marketing
- Webinars, events, and content
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise clients
- Ensure consistent flow of qualified leads (SQLs)
3. Founder-Level Selling
- Actively engage with CXOs and decision-makers
- Lead negotiations and close large IT/software deals
- Build long-term client relationships
4. Lean Growth Engine
- Build a high-output, low-headcount sales model
- Use tools, automation, and AI to scale outreach and conversions
- Create repeatable sales and marketing playbooks
5. Go-To-Market Strategy
- Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target segments
- Position services (software development, SaaS, AI, cloud) effectively
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities
6. Performance & Metrics
- Own and track:
- Revenue targets
- Pipeline generation
- Conversion rates
- CAC and ROI
- Drive a data-driven, outcome-focused culture
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT services / software sales & marketing
- Proven track record of personally closing deals
- Strong experience in demand generation and outbound sales
- Experience working with global clients (US/Europe preferred)
