WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee and manage software implementations, ensuring successful deployment and integration of solutions across both internal company operations and customer-driven projects, with a focus on utility companies. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, communicating with stakeholders, addressing any technical challenges, and providing guidance to teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Analyze business operations and metrics by reviewing organizational workflows, monitoring performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. This includes preparing detailed reports on departmental efficiency and recommending actionable improvements to drive company objectives.
Perform competitor analysis by systematically gathering and evaluating information on industry rivals, their products, pricing, and market strategies. This involves preparing competitive landscape summaries, identifying trends, and informing strategic decisions to enhance Neara’s market positioning.
Provide product management information and updates between global offices to ensure consistent understanding of product features, release schedules, and customer needs. This includes facilitating cross-office communication, managing documentation, and supporting the alignment of international teams on key priorities.
Utilize the Neara platform extensively for daily business activities, leveraging its functionalities to support project management, data analysis, and collaboration tasks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing feedback on platform performance, and ensuring team proficiency with the tool.
Utilize MS Office software, to create comprehensive reports, analyze data, prepare presentations, and communicate with both internal teams and clients. This includes maintaining organized documentation and ensuring information is presented clearly and professionally.
WHO YOU ARE
24+ months as a Product Manager and/or Strategy Associate and/or Business Analyst in utilities or process automation
Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
Strong communication skills, you can explain complex topics clearly.
Strong critical thinking capabilities, you can translate back from customer outcomes to technical solutions.
Strong external stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships.
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding creative solutions to solve customer pain points or enable commercial opportunities.
