Requirements

Key Requirements

• Postgraduate degree along with B.Ed (mandatory)
• 6–7+ years of leadership experience, preferably as a Vice Principal or Senior Academic Coordinator
• Prior exposure to the ICSE curriculum
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and student-centered learning
• Empathetic leader with vision, integrity, and global educational awareness
