Job Description: MOTA is seeking a creative cinematographer to use cameras, equipment, and computer software to produce finished images, prints, and videos.

Responsibilities
Perform all phases of production: preproduction, production, and postproduction.
Transport, set up, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones.
Operate and maintain proper levels of calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
Generate, sustain, and guide creative process.
Discover innovative ways to create cutting-edge results.
Digital editing.
Engage in research to develop new procedures and materials.
Exercise independent judgment in editing of material and assessing visual context.
Adjust filters and lenses, framing, camera placement and lighting.
Stay up to date with the latest technology.
Qualifications
Skilled in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively.
Skilled in production and editing.
Artistic and innovative with precise attention to detail.
Ability to give clear instructions and to accept direction.
Excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of lighting techniques.
Exceptional technical knowledge of digital processes and camera equipment.
Practical, technical, and creative expertise.
Ability to adapt ideas and make decisions quickly.
Familiar with the latest technology.
Knowledge of camera operation.
Legal to work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening.
