- Job Description: MOTA is seeking a creative cinematographer to use cameras, equipment, and computer software to produce finished images, prints, and videos.

Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of production: preproduction, production, and postproduction.
- Transport, set up, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones.
- Operate and maintain proper levels of calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
- Generate, sustain, and guide creative process.
- Discover innovative ways to create cutting-edge results.
- Digital editing.
- Engage in research to develop new procedures and materials.
- Exercise independent judgment in editing of material and assessing visual context.
- Adjust filters and lenses, framing, camera placement and lighting.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology.

- Skilled in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively.
- Skilled in production and editing.
- Artistic and innovative with precise attention to detail.
- Ability to give clear instructions and to accept direction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of lighting techniques.
- Exceptional technical knowledge of digital processes and camera equipment.
- Practical, technical, and creative expertise.
- Ability to adapt ideas and make decisions quickly.
- Familiar with the latest technology.
- Knowledge of camera operation.
- Legal to work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening.
