Warehouse Associate - AmpThink (Garland, TX)
About Us:
AmpThink is a leader in the design, manufacturing, and installation of Wi-Fi, audio, and display systems for some of the most prominent stadiums and event centers across North America. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Garland, Texas.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for someone with experience in inventory management and warehouse operations who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, hands-on with product assembly, and capable of managing complex logistics processes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and pull inventory using AmpThink’s ERP systems (Zoho & QuickBooks preferred)
- Working knowledge of (or familiar with) IT networks
- Conduct detailed inventory counts and organize materials for multiple projects
- Assemble and construct networking equipment and proprietary products
- Stage, label, and palletize access points and network switches for shipment
- Perform accurate inventory data entry and reporting
- Serve as a backup for shipping and receiving tasks, including forklift operation, package handling, and courier coordination
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to streamline processes and resolve issues
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Forklift certified or the ability to become certified
- Valid Texas driver's license and insurable in the State of Texas
