Responsible for successful day-to-day management of safety, delivery, and inventory accuracy. Coordinates the flow within the facility to ensure customer delivery goals are met. The Warehouse Operations Site Leader must successfully adhere to the organization’s level of customer service based on corporate mission and values. Includes budgetary / financial responsibility for their assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
Provide overall leadership for onsite personnel, including employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and development planning.
Manage and optimize material flow, receiving accuracy, inventory transactions, cycle counting, and warehouse configurations to support operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
Own and maintain the onsite customer relationship, partnering closely to ensure all warehouse-related requirements, delivery windows, and service levels are met.
Manage budgetary and financial responsibilities for the assigned area, including operating expenses, continuous improvement initiatives, and participation in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment that requires frequent interaction with cross-functional teams, customers, and varying levels of management. Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of successful warehouse or warehouse operations management experience.
- 5+ years of experience using WMS and/or inventory management systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and production/inventory systems (APICS certification a plus).
- Experience with ISO, OSHA, and Six Sigma principles preferred.
- Willingness to travel during the initial onboarding period to other locations for training and best-practice learning.

Pay/Benefits/Perks
- Salary $90,000
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary
