Finary One is the private wealth arm of Finary, France’s leading wealth management app (1M+ users, Series B funded). We are entering an aggressive growth phase with one ambition: build the next billion-euro wealth management platform.
To get there, talent is the lever.
We are hiring a strong team - including, but not limited to Wealth Advisors, Investment Specialist and other specialized roles in the next 12 months. Clear and ambitious collection expectations will be set for each advisor. The quality of these hires will directly determine our trajectory.
This role is not about filling seats. It is about building the wealth advisory team that bring Finary One into a leading and respectable private management player in France.
You will be reporting into our Head of Talent Acquisition, yet embedded within Finary One as our Wealth Talent Acquisition Manager - owning the hiring strategy, market mapping, ecosystem access and quality bar for every commercial hire.

Own the Wealth hiring strategy: design and execute the full hiring plan for Wealth Advisors & broader Finary One roles
Map the ecosystem: build deep access across private banks, family offices, and CGP boutiques
Attract builders & rainmakers: hire junior/mid “builders” and senior advisors with credible portable books
Assess revenue quality: ability to challenge AUM track record, portability credibility, and reputation
Build a repeatable hiring engine: structure inbound, drive elite outbound, and develop long-term pipelines
Position Finary One in the market: make us a credible and aspirational destination for top-tier advisors
Partner with leadership: work closely with the Head of Finary One and advisors to calibrate the hiring bar
Track quality & retention: ensure hires ramp successfully and stay
Financial Services depth : 5+ years recruiting in wealth management, private banking, or asset management
Commercial intelligence : you understand AUM dynamics, production metrics, and compensation structures
Portable book assessment skills : you know how to validate revenue claims and portability risk
Strong sourcing instinct : comfortable with discreet outreach and market mapping
Business mindset : you see hiring as revenue leverage, not HR administration
High standards : you protect the company from mis-hires
Structured & data-driven : you track quality, retention, and performance
Fluent French & English
Experience moving bankers from traditional institutions to challengers
Exposure to fintech or scale-up environments
Built a hiring engine from scratch
Experience recruiting both senior rainmakers and junior commercial builders
Competitive salary: €70,000 – €85,000 fixed + performance bonus + equity
