Behind every fast-moving startup is a set of processes that just work. As our Working Student Finance & Operations, you make sure ours do. You take ownership of the recurring operational tasks that keep Tacto running; from subscriptions and invoice checks to payroll prep and reference letters. The work is concrete, the ownership is real, and you'll feel the impact from day one.
Finance & subscriptions: Set up new customer subscriptions, check and route incoming invoices, and handle receipts and employee reimbursements
People ops support: Help prepare onboarding for new joiners and support payroll prep

You are detail-oriented: you double-check your work, catch errors before they become problems, and take pride in precision
You work independently: when you own a task, it gets done; no hand-holding needed
You learn fast: new tools and processes don't intimidate you, they excite you
You speak fluent German (required) and good English (our internal language)
