Our team is the driving force behind our role as our customers’ personal holiday expert - the smart way to get away.
We’re using progressive tech to drive cutting-edge innovation and open the world to everyone. Within our Commercial and Support teams, you'll find a place to accelerate your growth by actively seeking learning opportunities and carving your own path. You'll create impact for our future by owning projects and shaping the business strategy to reach shared goals, all within our enhanced international community of collaborative and passionate teams.
About the team:
Reporting directly into the Head of People Business Partnering, you will join a People & Culture team that is structured as a truly integrated partnership model. You’ll be the go-to person for specific business functions, working alongside Directors and managers who value people-first thinking.
The impact you’ll have:
As a People Business Partner at loveholidays, you aren’t just following a playbook; you’re helping us write it. You will be embedded within your business areas, acting as a coach, consultant, and trusted challenger to our leaders.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between our high-level people strategy and the day-to-day reality of our teams. You’ll be responsible for building high-performing environments, championing our unique culture, and ensuring that as we scale internationally, our people remain empowered to do their best work. This is a hands-on role where your influence on talent growth and organisational agility will be visible every day.
Your day-to-day:
Embedding yourself as a strategic partner - You will develop deep relationships with department heads, moving beyond transactional support to provide genuine coaching. You’ll challenge the status quo, helping managers lead their teams with confidence and commercial awareness.
Nurturing talent and future leaders - In collaboration with our Talent CoE, you’ll lead the charge on succession planning and talent mapping. You’ll help identify our future trailblazers and ensure our leaders and managers have the right development plans in place for their teams to keep them growing with us.
Driving a culture of high performance - You will steer the performance rhythm within your functions, shifting the focus toward continuous feedback and ensuring our people’s goals are directly aligned with our commercial targets.
Turning data into narratives - Using our people metrics - from engagement scores to turnover trends - you will identify the "why" behind the numbers. You won’t just report data; you’ll use it to propose proactive solutions that improve the employee experience.
Navigating change and growth - As we continue to evolve, you’ll guide your teams through organisational design changes and workforce planning. You’ll ensure transitions are smooth, communications are clear, and our people feel supported through every pivot.
