Job Opening: ABA Recruiter
Location: South Africa, Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified ABA professionals including BCBAs and RBTs.
- Conduct outreach through various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit for both qualifications and company culture.
- Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and timelines.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to enhance sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health sectors.
- Knowledge of the ABA field and familiarity with positions such as BCBAs and RBTs.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work independently.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to finding and engaging top talent.
