We are now scaling rapidly following a major funding round.
We're hiring an Account Manager to own the relationship with our pharma and life sciences partners. As we sign landmark deals with major pharmaceutical manufacturers, you'll be the dedicated point of contact managing high-touch accounts, driving program delivery, and ensuring our pharma sponsors see measurable ROI.
This is a strategic, commercially-minded role at the intersection of healthcare technology and pharmaceutical commercialization. You'll work across some of the largest brands in the industry and help shape how Develop Health monetizes its growing provider network.
Own the day-to-day relationship for ~5 large pharma and life sciences accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
Manage program delivery, including KPI tracking, NRS reporting, and coordination with our clinical operations team.
Lead regular business reviews with pharma stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and expand scope.
Collaborate with our Head of Life Sciences & Partnerships on contract renewals, upsells, and new program launches.
Coordinate internally across product, operations, and data teams to ensure seamless delivery against SOWs.
Build the pharma account management function, including reporting frameworks, QBR templates, and escalation processes.
Develop deep expertise in our pharma sponsors' therapeutic areas and commercial strategies to become a trusted strategic advisor.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support pipeline development for new pharma partnerships.
Help shape our pharma product offerings based on direct customer feedback and market intelligence.
Support compliance workflows and data governance as manufacturer contracts scale.
3+ years in account management, client services, or program management in pharma, life sciences, or health tech.
Experience managing enterprise relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, hub services, or specialty pharmacy.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in QBR and executive-facing settings.
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where you'll help build processes from scratch.
