We’re partnering with some of the largest pharmacy benefit managers and payers in the nation, revolutionizing how healthcare interactions occur by eliminating human delays and inefficiencies. Our small, elite team of founders and engineers have previously launched and exited successful healthcare startups including Rupa Health and Canvas Medical. We are now scaling rapidly following a major funding round.
We're hiring an SDR to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for our rapidly growing go-to-market team. You'll focus on outbound prospecting, booking demos for our Account Executives, and helping us accelerate provider acquisition across the country.
This is a high-energy, high-impact role at a company that's 10x'd revenue year-over-year. If you're hungry, coachable, and want to break into healthcare tech sales at a rocket ship, this is the role.
Own outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for our AEs.
Research and target provider groups, clinics, and health systems using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and our CRM.
Book 15-20+ qualified demos per month.
Collaborate closely with AEs to refine messaging, share market feedback, and improve conversion rates.
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and activity tracking to support pipeline visibility.
Help shape our outbound playbook as we expand into new EHR ecosystems and therapeutic areas.
Contribute to sales tooling decisions and sequence optimization as we scale the SDR function.
Serve as the proving ground for future AE promotion as the team grows.
1+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or health tech.
High energy, resilience, and comfort with cold calling as a primary channel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with sales tools (Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar).
A competitive mindset and desire to hit and exceed targets.
Experience selling into healthcare providers, clinics, or health systems.
Familiarity with EHR platforms.
Interest in AI and healthcare automation.
