Accounting Officer (Junior Level 3-6 Months Contract)

• Record daily accounting transactions (AR, AP) - Prepare and verify accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Check and verify expense documents and reimbursement claims
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents
• Perform other accounting-related duties - Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Accounting/Finance or related fields.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active, fast learner and team player.
• Dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good attitude.
• Good command of English.
