About the job:
We’re looking for a full-time Ad Operations Senior Specialist to oversee and manage digital advertising campaigns, optimize ad strategies, analyze performance data to drive results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and build strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns, including display, video, and social media.
- Implement and optimize ad serving strategies to maximize revenue and enhance audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and creative to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in digital advertising operations.
- Strong knowledge of ad serving platforms, campaign management, and audience targeting strategies.
