Lawhive is reshaping how legal services are delivered, and the Attorney Success Manager is central to making that happen. This is a high-ownership role where you'll drive activation, performance, AI adoption, and revenue growth across a portfolio of attorneys and firms. You'll set the bar for quality, coach to it relentlessly, and feed attorney insights back into the business to make the platform better. Attorney Activation & Onboarding
Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, covering platform setup, service scope, AI tool training, and Partner Code of Conduct adherence
Drive full activation, ensuring attorneys are technically configured and ready to deliver high-quality service from day one
Monitor early performance metrics to proactively identify and close gaps
Relationship & Partnership Management
Serve as the primary relationship owner for your attorney portfolio, conducting regular check-ins and building long-term partnerships
Proactively identify churn risks and engagement drops, intervening early
Act as the escalation point for attorney issues, resolving problems at the root-cause level
Quality & Coaching
Monitor attorney responsiveness, professionalism, and scope adherence to protect marketplace quality
Deliver direct, constructive coaching when performance falls short, with clear improvement plans and follow-up accountability
Share best practices and performance benchmarks to continuously elevate the network
Platform & AI Adoption (Lawrence)
Drive meaningful Lawrence adoption, ensuring attorneys integrate AI in ways that genuinely improve quality and efficiency
Lead training sessions on AI best practices and monitor usage metrics to close adoption gaps
Partner with Product to roll out new features and serve as the voice of the attorney network
Revenue & Follow-On Growth
Own expansion revenue across your portfolio, driving follow-on identification, quoting, and quote-to-close conversion
Track performance trends and surface systemic barriers to growth, partnering cross-functionally to remove them
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Recruitment, Customer Support, and Product to ensure smooth handoffs, resolve recurring issues, and translate attorney insights into platform improvements
Review and approve attorney billing, validating work meets scope, quality, and compliance standards before authorizing payment
3-5 years in customer success, account management, or partnerships, ideally within a marketplace, legal tech, or SaaS environment
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients or partners, with direct ownership of performance and growth metrics
Confident coach and communicator - able to build trust quickly, deliver direct feedback constructively, and hold partners accountable
Commercially minded, with experience owning or contributing to expansion revenue targets and improving conversion rates
Data-driven approach to performance monitoring, pattern recognition, and proactive intervention
Comfortable with CRM and customer success tooling; quick to learn and champion new technology - experience driving AI or software adoption is a strong plus
Familiarity with legal services, legal tech, or regulated marketplaces is desirable but not essential
High ownership mentality with the ability to build structure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
