We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 6-10 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting (PA) & Work Zone (WZ), EC,PMGM.

Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central, PMGM, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting & Work Zone to meet business requirements.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to talent management, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and succession planning.
System Design: Design and develop customized solutions within SAP SuccessFactors to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
Integration: Ensure collaboration with technical team to set up seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and applications.
Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system functionality.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
