Oppizi is hiring a proactive, people‑driven, operational leader to manage our offline marketing campaigns across Nashville.

💼 Responsibilities
👥 Field Leadership (75%)
- Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on‑site
- Provide real‑time coaching and ensure target delivery
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions
📅 Operational Planning
- Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans
- Identify high‑traffic areas across Nashville (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas)
- Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
📊 Performance Management
- Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel
- Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast
📦 Inventory Oversight
- Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock
- Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking
Requirements
2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision
Must have lived in Nashville 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic
Own vehicle required
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Laptop + phone required
English required
Energetic, organized, adaptable leader.
