• Sourcing, on board and train, retain and engage Business Associates- Leading Travel Agencies/Diagnostic centers/chain of pharmacy network within assigned territory to get desired number of patient referrals per year.
• To identify and sign/partner with Secondary care/Tertiary care Hospitals/Drs in the designated territory to get desired number of patient referrals from them.
• To identify list of referring Drs including Texila Alumni and value add short term training program/e learning program for loyal and sustained referrals.
• To Plan and execute set of ATL / BTL activities required for engagement, sourcing of patients seeking high end procedures to India
