We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our innovative Business Intelligence team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between human insights and AI capabilities, driving strategic decision-making and product development.
What You’ll Do
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights that support business objectives.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to document and validate business requirements for human-AI integrated solutions.
Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and efficiency gains.
Strategic Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research specific to human-AI technology landscape.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
Experience: 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in startups, tech or AI-related industries
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python)
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
