As a Biz Ops Associate, you will take on cross-functional projects critical to Regal’s success, with an initial and primary focus on driving digital distribution and growth marketing strategies. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role designed for a generalist who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new initiatives. While you will start by owning our growth engines, this role is a springboard into broader business operations. You will work closely with Regal executives, gaining high visibility into how a high-growth startup runs and helping the organization achieve its most important goals. Above all, you are data‑driven: you hypothesize, tinker, iterate, and ruthlessly cut tactics that don’t perform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Special Projects: As you master the marketing funnel, you will spin up and lead other cross-functional initiatives that meaningfully impact the business.Drive Growth Operations: Own and execute performance marketing channels (SEO, SEM, AEO, GEO) and manage paid ad spend budgets.Manage Digital Presence: Own our social media presence and content calendar, ensuring alignment between brand messaging and growth goals.Amplify Content & Events: Partner with the events team to transform webinars and field events into high-velocity growth engines through strategic distribution.Data & Reporting: Create data-driven reports and dashboards for internal meetings and the executive team to track pipeline contribution and business objectives.Execute Rapid Experiments: Run rapid-fire tests across paid social, display, and the website; hypothesize, launch, and optimize for key metrics like CAC and ROAS.Move Fast: Speed is everything. We prioritize progress over perfection to find what works right now.Measure and report on performance: track pipeline contribution, CPL, ROAS, and iterate based on what’s working (and what’s not).
ABOUT YOU:
1-3 years in consulting, investment banking, or growth (ideally within a high‑growth B2B or B2C SaaS environment).Generalist Mindset: You are a quick learner who enjoys wearing many hats and navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments.Growth Hacking DNA: You are obsessed with testing new tools, AI-powered creative, and underpriced media channels.Data-Driven: You are highly quantitative and comfortable navigating complex data to inform your decisions.Entrepreneurial Spirit: You want to be a founder one day and are self-motivated to work independently on tight timelines.Detail-Oriented: You are organized and capable of managing multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously.
POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:
This position is only available in New York City (HQ- Midtown). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F.
