ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Growth Lead will lead digital distribution strategies to drive growth for Regal. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new marketing channels. The right person isn’t just good at running campaigns; they’re obsessed with growth hacking, new tools, and finding fresh ways to break through. In this role, you’ll work closely with Regal execs and have a lot of visibility into how a high-growth marketing team and startup runs.
Above all, you are data‑driven: you hypothesize, tinker, iterate, and ruthlessly cut tactics that don’t perform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and execute all performance marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, AEO, and GEO (Geographic Optimization), and manage the entire paid ad spend budget.Own and manage our social media presence and content calendar across all relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and growth goals.Transform events into high velocity growth engines by partnering with our events team to support promotion, distribution, and experimentation around field events, webinars, and owned experiences to maximize attendance, engagement, and pipelineRun rapid‑fire experiments across paid social, display, and the website, setting clear hypotheses, launching tests, and optimizing for key metrics like CAC and ROAS.Tinker with new channels: from TikTok-style B2B content to AI-powered ad creation, to finding underpriced media that others haven’t tapped into yet.Leverage paid and organic strategies to amplify content across channels like LinkedIn, newsletters, display ads, and video.Move fast and iterate constantly: speed is everything in this role. We don’t need perfect; we need what works right now.Measure and report on performance: track pipeline contribution, CPL, ROAS, and iterate based on what’s working (and what’s not).
ABOUT YOU
1-3 years in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing - ideally within a high‑growth B2B or B2C SaaS environment.Growth hacking mindset: You’re always testing new tools, AI-driven ad creative, and new ways to distribute content.Paid media experience: You have technical and hands-on experience managing budgets, creating campaigns, and optimizing ads across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and other digital channelsCreative problem solver: You don’t need direct experience in every channel, but you figure things out fast.

POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:
This position is only available in New York City (HQ- Midtown). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F.
