As we grow, the way we work has to evolve with us. We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to lead high-impact, cross-business projects that make how we operate simpler, more effective and ready to scale. You’ll work with teams across the company to turn complex challenges into practical improvements that deliver real operational and commercial results.
This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity, structure and momentum to important initiatives and seeing them through to meaningful outcomes.
Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:
Taking ownership of cross-team projects that don’t neatly sit in one team but need clear end-to-end delivery
Translating high-level business goals into a clear roadmap of operational initiatives and priorities
Bringing structure and pace to initiatives that involve multiple teams, competing priorities and moving parts
Identifying where processes, tools or ways of working are slowing teams down and leading the work to improve them
Working with teams to simplify how things are done, remove unnecessary steps and make work easier to execute at scale
Partnering with Data teams to define, build, and maintain reporting that tracks the performance of key operational processes and initiatives
Using data and insight to pinpoint where performance, effort or cost can be improved and turning that into practical action
Creating clear documentation, playbooks and ways of working that teams can consistently follow
Tracking the impact of changes to make sure improvements are measurable, understood and embedded
Supporting teams through change so new approaches are adopted, not just agreed in principle

A track record of delivering cross-team projects where you’ve had to create clarity, alignment and momentum
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams to senior leadership, to drive decision-making and commitment
Strong ownership - you take responsibility for seeing things through, not just shaping the plan
The ability to break down complex problems into clear, manageable actions
Comfort working in environments where priorities shift and not everything is fully defined from the start
A data-led mindset - strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and operational insights into compelling business cases and clear problem statements
Practical project delivery skills and an instinct for keeping work on track when there are lots of moving parts
A genuine interest in how businesses operate and how to make them work better in reality, not just in theory
