The Role

You’ll be our fraud-fighting detective, using data analysis and investigation skills to protect our platform from suspicious activity and ensure our players have a safe gaming experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform early detection of fraudulent accounts using internal tools and by reviewing suspicious transactions

• Conduct deep, comprehensive analysis of data to assess potential risks, concerns, and business impact

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and investigation data

• Review transaction reports for suspicious activity and conduct pattern analysis

• Collaborate with team members to analyze findings and present investigation results

• Verify customer payment methods and assess accounts to determine if documentation is required

• Review document alerts and process KYC profiles in line with company policies and best practices

• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk customers and request additional documentation when necessary

• Meet personal productivity targets and attendance expectations

What We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with experience in fraud detection or risk management

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and transaction monitoring systems

• Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and compliance requirements

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets

• Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating cross-functionally

• Ability to work independently while meeting productivity targets and deadlines

Technical & Setup Requirements

• Windows 10 or higher

• Minimum 8GB RAM

• At least 1GB available HDD space

Internet Requirements:

• Ethernet (hardline) connection

• Minimum 10 Mbps upload and download speed

• Backup internet provider for reliability

Work Requirements:

• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
