Claims Administrator
Our client, a growing company in the reinsurance sector is looking for an experienced Claims Administrator.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Process and administer non-life claims
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve queries related to claims
- Collaborate and negotiate with reinsurers to facilitate claim settlements in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims, payments, and correspondence in the claims management system
- Assist the claims team in their duties
- General office duties and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Holder of a University Degree (LLB, Law & Management, Management, Finance with Law or any other degree commensurate with the job requirements)
- Having 2 years of insurance industry experience (non life)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication
- Proficient in using claims management systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and French (both verbal and written)
