The Communications Intern will work closely with the Communications Officer to support the Energy Sector team—particularly the SHIFT project team—in enhancing project visibility, stakeholder engagement, and outreach effectiveness. In addition, the intern will provide communications support for SNV Vietnam's broader organisation initiatives, contributing approximately 20% of their time to activities such as content creation for internal and external channels, event communications, and general branding support.
By creating high-quality content, maintaining consistent branding, and leveraging communication channels, the intern will help amplify project impacts, support organisational visibility, and promote sustainable energy practices in Vietnam.

Education: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Communications, Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Skills:
Experience: Prior experience in communication roles (e.g., internships, freelance, or volunteer work) is preferred but not required.
Others: Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Passion for sustainable development, climate, and energy is a plus.
Duty Station: Hanoi, Vietnam
Reports to: Communications Officer
Duration: 6 months full-time, from March 2026 – September 2026
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Travel: Travel within Vietnam is expected
