Our client, a leading insurance solutions provider is looking for a Company Secretarial Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Company Secretarial Coordinator/Corporate Governance Lead, duties include:
1. Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act and financial laws
2. Ensuring timely statutory filings with Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies
3. Keeping proper statutory records
4. Drafting resolutions and reports for Board
5. Assist in maintaining proper corporate governance
6. Liaising with all regulatory bodies
7. Keeping proper CDD documents on Officers, shareholders and UBOs
8. Perform any other relevant administrative duties
Requirements
PROFILE
1. Degree in Management/Law/any related field or studying towards a professional qualification
2. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
3. Knowledge of Companies Act
4. Familiar with the financial services industry
5. Conversant with the online filing system of the Registrar of Companies
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Team player
